This dual-action project involved heavy-duty pressure washing of the shopping village’s exterior entryways and an intensive tile and grout deep-clean for the public restrooms. Outside, our team used commercial-grade pressure washers with rotary surface cleaners to blast away years of embedded grime, chewing gum, and slip-hazard algae from the concrete pathways and brick pavers.
Inside the facility, the restroom floor tiles were suffering from severe discoloration due to heavy foot traffic, and the grout lines had become a breeding ground for bacteria. We applied a specialized alkaline pre-spray to break down the grease and soil, followed by high-pressure indoor extraction scrubbing. This process not only restored the original color of the grout but thoroughly sanitized the floors, leaving the amenities smelling fresh and looking brand new.
