Project Overview
Contracted by the local Body Corporate, this project required the comprehensive cleaning of exterior and interior windows for a four-story coastal apartment complex. Because the property is located directly on the South Australian coastline, the glass was heavily coated in salt spray, hard water stains, and airborne sand. Our specialized window cleaning crew utilized purified water-fed pole systems to safely wash the upper-level exterior windows from the ground, ensuring a spot-free, streak-free finish without the use of harsh chemicals.
Internally, we hand-squeegeed all balcony sliding doors and bedroom windows. We also removed the flyscreens for a gentle wash down and thoroughly scrubbed the window tracks, removing built-up dirt and salt residue that was causing the sliding doors to stick.
